Cast down, But Unconquered

2 Corinthians 4:7-9
“But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.”

This vase portrays simple trust and simple faith to see God’s goodness and glory shining through us. The more broken we allow ourself to be, God’s glory shines through the crevices of our clay even more. He says, “Look beyond the natural, child. I created you, you are my workmanship and my masterpiece.”
Be pliable to the hands of your potter. When you see yourself to be imperfect, He sees you as beautiful, for He is so careful on every detail of you.
