Shipping Guide:

The Ink Room (Bookstore) Mailing Hours:

We will only process your orders during our office working hours, GMT (UTC+08:00):

Tuesday - Friday: 10am to 6pm
Saturday/Sunday/Monday: No processing of orders

Orders made after these hours will be processed on the next working day.

Singapore Orders:
Self-Collection @ Suntec Convention Centre, Hall 605
Come and do so any time during our Store Operating Hours:
Saturday: 3.30pm to 8pm
Sunday: 9.00am to 1pm
You will receive a confirmation email to notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Please collect your order within 14 days upon receiving the confirmation email.
Please show the confirmation email to our staff when you arrive, and we will retrieve your order.

SingPost Non-Registered Mail (up to 2kg)
Delivery will be done via SingPost Non-Standard Mail.
Delivery will take about 6-8 working days after your order has been processed, and payment has been verified.
This delivery method is untrackable. The Ink Room (Bookstore) Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any packages lost in mail as a result of Non-Registered Postage. However, in the event that this happens, we will do our best to rectify the issue with SingPost.

SingPost Registered Mail (up to 2kg)
Delivery will be done via SingPost Registered Mail.
Delivery will take about 6-9 working days after your order has been processed, and payment has been verified.
This delivery method is trackable. You will be provided with a tracking number which you can enter here to track your order.

Local Courier Delivery (up to 2kg)

Delivery will be done via Ninja Van or a comparable courier service.

Delivery will take about 6-9 working days after your order has been processed, and payment has been verified.
This delivery method is trackable. You will be provided with a tracking number which you can enter here to track your order.

International Orders:
SingPost Registered Airmail (up to 2kg)
