Why can't I find my past orders?
The Ink Room (Bookstore) has migrated platforms and as such, all records of past orders are no longer available. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

I'm looking for an old book/sermon. Does TIR have it?
We would love to do a search through our archives for you. Please contact us here and we will be in touch!
 
Downloadable Products: What is the download limit?
Each purchase of a digital product (eg. Fresh Word) will entitle you to a maximum of 3 downloads. After which, you will have to purchase the digital product once more if you wish to download it again.
 
Please download your digital products within 6 months of purchase. After which, The Ink Room (Bookstore) will not entertain any requests for re-sending of links.
 
Orders
The wrong item has been sent! What do I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused! Allow us to quickly rectify this issue by emailing us at support@theinkroom.com.sg within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.
 
How does your pre-order process work?
On the online store, if you wish to pre-order an item when it is currently out of stock, you will go through the same process as ordering an item that is currently in stock, such as adding it to the cart, and checking out. By pre-ordering an item on The Ink Room (Bookstore), you are agreeing to pay for the item first, then receive it at a later date (as stated in the product description). All items in the same cart will be delivered in one package. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first, please do a second checkout for the item you want to pre-order, and we will process them accordingly.

We accept payment via PayPal.
 
Shipping
What shipping methods does The Ink Room (Bookstore) offer?
For Local (Singapore) deliveries, we offer Self-Collection, SingPost Non-Registered Mail, and SingPost Registered Mail.
 
For International deliveries, we offer SingPost Registered Airmail, and Speedpost Standard Shipping.

Returns/Exchanges
My product is defective/damaged. Can I return/exchange it?
The Ink Room (Bookstore) Pte Ltd will not be able to do returns. However, if your product is defective/damaged, you may exchange it for the same item if it is reported within 5 calendar days upon receiving the product. Please email us at support@theinkroom.com.sg, and we will facilitate your exchange.
